Available for Operation definition

Available for Operation means, with respect to a Compressor within a FGRS, that the Compressor is capable of commencing the recovery of Potentially Recoverable Gas as soon as practicable but not more than one hour after the Need for a Compressor to Operate arises; the period of time, not to exceed one hour, allowed by this definition for the Startup of a Compressor shall be included in the amount of time that a Compressor is Available for Operation.
Available for Operation means, with respect to the Compressor in the FGRS, that the Compressor is capable of commencing the recovery of and, as soon as is practicable after the Need for the Compressor to Operate arises, is in fact recovering Potentially Recoverable Gas. For purposes of this definition, “as soon as is practicable” means a period no longer than one hour after the Need for the Compressor to Operate arises.
Available for Operation means, with respect to an Eductor within a FGRS, that the Eductor is capable of commencing the recovery of Potentially Recoverable Gas as soon as practicable but not more than one hour after the Need for an Eductor to Operate arises. The period of time, not to exceed one hour, allowed by this definition for the startup of an Eductor will be included in the amount of time that an Eductor is Available for Operation.

Examples of Available for Operation in a sentence

  • The periods provided for in sub-Paragraphs 38.c. and 38.d. below may be included in the amount of time that a Compressor is Available for Operation when determining compliance with the requirement to have a Compressor Available for Operation or in operation.

  • MPC shall make eachdelivered Compressor Available for Operation by no later than 48 hours after the Compressor’s delivery at the Covered Refinery’s front gate.

  • In each semi-annual report due underSection VIII, MPC shall identify the dates and times that either or both of these Compressors were requested; the dates and times that it/they were delivered; and the times and dates that they became Available for Operation.

  • The Beaumont Chemical Plant FGRS must have one Compressor Available for Operation or in operation 98% of the time and an installed Duplicate Spare Compressor.

  • Cash Flow Available for Debt Service for any period, means (i) Cash Flow received during such period minus (ii) (A) all O&M Costs paid during such period and (B) if an Equity Cure has been made in any fiscal quarter during the period for which Cash Flow Available for Debt Service is calculated, the lesser of the aggregate amount of (x) such Equity Cure during such period and (y) the aggregate amount of cash distributions paid by the Company during such period.

  • Consolidated Income Available for Debt Service for any period means Earnings from Operations of the Company and its Subsidiaries plus amounts which have been deducted, and minus amounts which have been added, for the following (without duplication): (i) interest on Indebtedness of the Company and its Subsidiaries, (ii) provision for taxes of the Company and its Subsidiaries based on income, (iii) amortization of debt discount, (iv) provisions for gains and losses on properties and property depreciation and amortization, (v) the effect of any noncash charge resulting from a change in accounting principles in determining Earnings from Operations for such period and (vi) amortization of deferred charges.

  • Consolidated Cash Flow Available for Fixed Charges means, with respect to any Person for any period:

  • Maintenance Capital Expenditures means, for any period, the portion of the aggregate amount of all Capital Expenditures of the Borrower for such period attributable to maintenance of property, plant or equipment of the Borrower and the Restricted Subsidiaries, as determined in good faith by a Responsible Officer of the Borrower.

  • Day-ahead Scheduling Reserves Resources means synchronized and non-synchronized generation resources and Demand Resources electrically located within the PJM Region that are capable of providing Day-ahead Scheduling Reserves.

  • Consolidated Maintenance Capital Expenditures means, for any period, the aggregate amount of expenditures for additions to property, plant, and equipment that are not Consolidated Expansion Capital Expenditures.

  • Consolidated Income Available for Fixed Charges means, with respect to any period, Consolidated Net Income for such period plus all amounts deducted in the computation thereof on account of (a) Fixed Charges and (b) taxes imposed on or measured by income or excess profits.

  • Base Operating Costs means Operating Costs for the calendar year specified as the Base Year in the Basic Lease Information (excluding therefrom, however, any Operating Costs of a nature that would not ordinarily be incurred on an annual, recurring basis).

  • Maintenance Capital Expenditure means cash expenditures (including expenditures for the construction of new capital assets or the replacement, improvement or expansion of existing capital assets) by a Group Member made to maintain, over the long term, the operating capacity or operating income of the Partnership Group. For purposes of this definition, “long term” generally refers to a period of not less than twelve months.

  • Net earnings available for fixed charges means net income after deducting operating and maintenance expenses, taxes other than federal and state income taxes, depreciation, and depletion, but excluding extraordinary expenses appearing in the regular financial statements of the system.

  • Available resources means funds appropriated for the

  • Maintenance and Operations Revenue or “M&O Revenue” means (i) those revenues which the District receives from the levy of its annual ad valorem maintenance and operations tax pursuant to Section 45.002 of the TEXAS EDUCATION CODE, or other lawful authority, and Article VII § 3 of the TEXAS CONSTITUTION, plus (ii) all State revenues to which the District is or may be entitled under the applicable provisions of the TEXAS EDUCATION CODE or any other statutory provision as well as any amendment or successor statute to these provisions, as applicable, less

  • Operating Expenditures means all Partnership Group cash expenditures (or the Partnership’s proportionate share of expenditures in the case of Subsidiaries that are not wholly owned), including taxes, compensation of employees, officers and directors of the General Partner, reimbursement of expenses of the General Partner and its Affiliates, debt service payments, Maintenance Capital Expenditures, repayment of Working Capital Borrowings and payments made in the ordinary course of business under any Hedge Contracts, subject to the following:

  • Operating Area means those areas on-shore in India in which company or its affiliated company may from time to time be entitled to execute such services/operations.

  • Base Operating Expenses means the Operating Expenses for the Base Year.

  • Building Operating Expenses means the portion of "Operating Expenses," as that term is defined in Section 4.2.7 below, allocated to the tenants of the Building pursuant to the terms of Section 4.3.1 below.

  • Operating Costs means the incremental expenses incurred by the Recipient on account of Project implementation, management, and monitoring, including for office space rental, utilities, and supplies, bank charges, communications, vehicle operation, maintenance, and insurance, building and equipment maintenance, advertising expenses, travel and supervision, salaries of contractual and temporary staff, but excluding salaries, fees, honoraria, and bonuses of members of the Recipient’s civil service.
