Available Facilities definition

Available Facilities means, at any relevant time, the undrawn amount of any committed loan or overdraft facilities (including the facilities provided under this Agreement) which are made available to one or more members of the Restricted Group at the date of such financial statements and which have a scheduled maturity date falling more than six (6) months after such date;

Available Facilities means the Tranche A Facility in the Tranche A Facility Amount, the Tranche B Facility in the Tranche B Facility Amount and the Tranche C Facility Amount in the Tranche C Facility Amount, less all amounts utilised by the Lessee under this Master Agreement by way of Acquisition Costs under the applicable Facility.

Available Facilities means, at any time, the aggregate of the Available Term A Facility and the Available Term B Facility at such time and "AVAILABLE TERM FACILITY" means the amount of any such available facility.

Examples of Available Facilities in a sentence

• Each Lender will participate through its Facility Office in each Advance made pursuant to Clause 3.2 (Further Conditions for Advances) in the proportion borne by its relevant Available Commitments to the relevant Available Facilities immediately prior to the making of that Advance.

• The currency specified in a Utilisation Request must be dollars and the aggregate amount of the proposed Utilisations on any day must be a minimum of $2,500,000 (or if less, the applicable Available Facilities).

• If the Tender Offer is withdrawn, terminated or lapsed or any Acquisition Document is terminated or cancelled, then the Available Facilities and Lenders' Available Commitment under the Facilities will be automatically cancelled.

• A Borrower may, if it gives the Agent not less than thirty (30) Business Days’ (or such shorter period as the Majority Lenders or, with regards to any Facility B Commitment, the Facility B Lenders may agree) prior notice, cancel the whole or any part (being a minimum amount of USD 2,500,000 or integral multiples thereof) of the Available Facilities.

• The Borrower shall not repay or prepay all or any part of any Advance outstanding hereunder except at the times and in the manner expressly provided herein and, subject to the terms and conditions hereof, shall be entitled to reborrow any amount repaid up to the Available Facilities at such time.

More Definitions of Available Facilities

Available Facilities means the aggregate of the Available Tranche A Facility, the Available Tranche B Facility and the Available Tranche C Facility.

Available Facilities means, at any relevant time, the undrawn amount of any committed loan or overdraft facilities (including the facilities provided under this Agreement) available to one or more members of the Stena AB Group at the date of such financial statements;

Available Facilities means, at any date of determination under this Agreement, the aggregate undrawn amount of any committed loan or overdraft facilities available to the Borrower or any other member of the Group having a maturity of at least 6 months from that date of determination (including the Facilities provided under this Agreement);

Available Facilities means, at any time, the aggregate amount of used and unused available warehouse lines of credit, purchase facilities, repurchase facilities and off-balance sheet funding facilities (whether committed or uncommitted) available to Sellers in the aggregate at such time.

Available Facilities means Available Facility I, Available Facility II and Available Facility III and "Available Facility" means any of them.

Available Facilities means the aggregate for the time being of each Lender's Available Commitment.

Available Facilities means each of the Available Fixed Rate Facilities and the Available Floating Rate Facilities and “Available Facility” means any of them.
