Availability Period End Date definition

Availability Period End Date means the earlier of (a) May 4, 2024, as such date may be extended pursuant to Section 2.14 and (b) the date the Obligations are accelerated pursuant to the terms of this Agreement.

More Definitions of Availability Period End Date

Availability Period End Date has the meaning given to it in Clause 6.1(a)(ii).
