Automobile Service Station definition

Automobile Service Station means a building or structure or part thereof open to the public where motor vehicles are washed, serviced, repaired, fueled, leased, sold or displayed and may include, but are not limited to a gas bar, car wash, body shop or general or specialty repair shops;

Automobile Service Station or "filling station" means a place where gasoline, kerosene or other motor fuel or lubricating oil or grease for operating motor vehicles is offered for sale to the public and deliveries are made directly into motor vehicles, including greasing and oiling on the premises.
