Automatic Number Identification or "ANI" means a Feature Group D signaling parameter which refers to the number transmitted through a network identifying the billing number of the calling party.
DUNS Number means a unique nine digit identification number provided by Dun & Bradstreet for each physical location of Grantee’s organization. Assignment of a DUNS Number is mandatory for all organizations seeking an Award from the state of Illinois.
CAS number means the Chemical Abstract Service registry number identifying a particular substance.
Automatic Exchange has the meaning ascribed to such term in the Share Exchange Agreement;
Automatic Exercise Date means, with respect to an Option or a Stock Appreciation Right, the last business day of the applicable Option Term or Stock Appreciation Right Term that was initially established by the Administrator for such Option or Stock Appreciation Right (e.g., the last business day prior to the tenth anniversary of the date of grant of such Option or Stock Appreciation Right if the Option or Stock Appreciation Right initially had a ten-year Option Term or Stock Appreciation Right Term, as applicable).

Automatic Renewal Terms with TIPS Members Vendor agrees that no TIPS Sale may incorporate an "Automatic Renewal" clause that exceeds month to month terms with which the TIPS Member must comply. All renewal terms incorporated into a TIPS Sale Supplemental Agreement shall only be valid and enforceable when Vendor received written confirmation of acceptance of the renewal term from the TIPS Member for the specific renewal term. The purpose of this clause is to avoid a TIPS Member inadvertently renewing a Supplemental Agreement during a period in which the governing body of the TIPS Member has not properly appropriated and budgeted the funds to satisfy the Agreement renewal. Automatic Location Identification Gateway or "ALI Gateway" is a computer facility into which CLEC delivers Automatic Location Identification (ALI) data for CLEC Customers. Access to the ALI Gateway will be via a dial-up modem using a common protocol. "Automatic Number Identification" or "ANI" is the Billing telephone number associated with the access line from which a call originates. ANI and Calling Party Number (CPN) usually are the same number. "Automatic Route Selection" or "ARS" is a service feature that provides for automatic selection of the least expensive or most appropriate transmission facility for each call based on criteria programmed into a circuit Switch routing table or system.
Charge Number means the CCS signaling parameter that refers to the number transmitted through the network identifying the billing number of the calling Party.
voter ID number means a unique, randomly generated numeric identifier allocated to each voter by the Returning Officer for the purpose of e-voting,
CT number means the number used to represent the x-ray attenuation associated with each elemental area of the CT image.
Identifying number means a symbol or address that identifies only one unit in a common interest community.
Specified Number means the number of Public Sources specified in the applicable Terms or, if a number is not so specified, two.
Mobile Number means a Telephone Number, from a range of numbers in the National Telephone Numbering Plan, that is Adopted or otherwise used to identify Apparatus designed or adapted to be capable of being used while in motion;
Automatic Exchange Rights means the benefit of the obligation of Parent to effect the automatic exchange of Parent Common Shares for Exchangeable Shares pursuant to Section 5.13.
Reference Number means ninety-eight million, one-hundred eighty-one thousand, eight hundred eighteen (98,181,818) shares of DHI Common Stock (as adjusted for any stock split, stock dividend, reverse stock split or similar event occurring after the Merger).

License number means the official number issued to a private security services business licensed by
