Autoborrow Agreement definition

Autoborrow Agreement has the meaning specified in Section 2.04(b).

Autoborrow Agreement means any agreement providing for automatic borrowing services between the Borrower and the Swing Line Lender.

Autoborrow Agreement means an agreement by and between the Revolving Borrower and the Swing Line Lender, providing for the automatic advance of Swing Line Loans by the Swing Line Lender under the conditions set forth therein.

Examples of Autoborrow Agreement in a sentence

• If an AutoBorrow Agreement is in effect, each Swing Line Borrowing shall be made as provided in such AutoBorrow Agreement.

• If an AutoBorrow Agreement is in effect, each prepayment of a Swing Line Borrowing shall be made as provided in such AutoBorrow Agreement.

• If an AutoBorrow Agreement is in effect, each prepayment of Swing Line Advances shall be made as provided in such AutoBorrow Agreement.

• With respect to the Swing Line Advances and the interest, premium, fees, and other amounts owed by the US Borrower to the Swing Line Lender in connection with the Swing Line Advances, the US Borrower agrees to pay to the Swing Line Lender such amounts when due and payable to the Swing Line Lender under the terms of this Agreement and, if an AutoBorrow Agreement is in effect, in accordance with the terms of such AutoBorrow Agreement.

• No Lender shall have any rights or obligations under any AutoBorrow Agreement, but each US Facility Lender shall have the obligation to purchase and fund risk participations in the Swing Line Advances and to refinance Swing Line Advances as provided below.

Autoborrow Agreement means the Revolving Autoborrow Agreement or the Used Vehicle Autoborrow Agreement, as applicable.

Autoborrow Agreement means any agreement providing for automatic borrowing services between the US Borrower and the Swing Line Lender.

Autoborrow Agreement means that certain agreement between the Borrower and Bank of America, dated as of the date of this Agreement, with respect to the services provided by Bank of America to the Borrower which constitute Bank of America’s AutoBorrow program.

For the avoidance of doubt, in the event that Bank of America, N.A. shall cease to be the sole Lender hereunder, the AutoBorrow Agreement shall be deemed to be terminated.

Autoborrow Agreement means the Autoborrow Service Agreement by and between Borrower and Bank of America dated February 27, 2007 and all amendments, modifications or substitutions thereto.
