Examples of Authorizing Ordinance in a sentence
All income derived from such investments shall be added to the amounts in the respective funds, if required, or to the Revenue Fund or to such funds as may be designated in the Authorizing Ordinance, and such investments shall be liquidated to the extent at any time necessary to apply the proceeds thereof to the purpose for which the respective funds have been created.
The City shall use the proceeds of the Loan strictly in accordance with the terms of the Authorizing Ordinance and this Loan Agreement.
All moneys in any of the Funds and Accounts shall be invested in investment securities permitted by State law and the Authorizing Ordinance.
Notwithstanding the foregoing, (i) the Department shall be under no obligation to continue to make disbursements after an Event of Default has occurred and is continuing under the Authorizing Ordinance or this Loan Agreement; and (ii) the Department shall not be obligated to make or continue to make disbursements if funds are not legally available to the Department in the State Revolving Fund to make the Loan or make disbursements pursuant to the Loan.
Additionally, for the payment of and further security for the principal, interest and Administrative Fee on the Bond, the City has established and agrees to maintain the Funds and Accounts to be administered in the manner set forth in the Authorizing Ordinance.
