Authorized Users definition

Authorized Users means an individual or individuals with an authorized business requirement to access DSHS Confidential Information.

Authorized Users means all Persons authorized by the State to access and use the Software under this Contract, subject to the maximum number of users specified in the applicable Statement of Work.

Authorized Users means Your employees, agents, representatives, contractors or customers whom You provide access to the Program.

Examples of Authorized Users in a sentence

• Upon termination of the Agreement, including any Order under the Agreement, Xxxxx will cease providing the Service to Customer, and Customer and its Authorized Users will immediately cease accessing and using the Service.

• In Customer’s use of the Service, Customer will supply to Xxxxx information related to Authorized Users including Personal Information, images and metadata, payor information, beneficiary information (collectively, “Authorized User Information”) to enable Xxxxx to perform the Services.

• An “Obligor” means the Company, any person who signed the Application on behalf of the Company, guarantor(s), all Cardholder(s) other than Authorized User(s), and any person responsible for Company debts by law or other agreement.

• Without limiting the foregoing, Customer assumes sole responsibility and liability for results obtained from use of the Service and for conclusions drawn from such use by Customer, and Xxxxx shall have no liability for any claims, losses or damages caused by errors or omissions in any information provided to Xxxxx by Customer or Authorized Users or any actions taken by Xxxxx at Customer’s direction.

• Subject to Customer’s compliance with this Agreement, Xxxxx grants to Customer non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-assignable, revocable license to access and use the Service identified in an Order solely for Customer’s internal business purposes to provide services directly to Authorized Users in the Territory during the service term.

More Definitions of Authorized Users

Authorized Users means Customer’s: (i) employees, and (ii) contractors working on Customer’s premises who are not competitors of MSC and have agreed in writing to use restrictions and confidentiality obligations no less restrictive than those set forth in this Agreement. Customer shall at all times be responsible for its Authorized Users’ compliance with this Agreement.

Authorized Users means Authorized Persons and Permitted Users.

Authorized Users means any individual to whom Customer grants access authorization in compliance with a SAP software license to use the SAP Service that is an employee, agent, contractor or representative of (i) the Customer, (ii) Customer's Affiliates, and/or (iii) Customer’s and Customer’s Affiliates’ Business Partners (as defined under the Software License and Support Agreement).

Authorized Users means those representatives of Subscriber that are permitted to access and use the Platform on Subscriber’s behalf.

Authorized Users means any individual (a) authorized by Customer to access the Services and (b) that has been supplied access credentials to the InterPayments Portal by Customer (or by InterPayments, at Customer’s request).
