Authorized Take definition

Authorized Take means the extent of incidental Take of Covered Species authorized by the USFWS in the Federal Permit issued to the Conservancy pursuant to Section 10(a)(1)(B) of FESA, and the extent of Take of Covered Species authorized by CDFG in the State Permit issued to the Conservancy pursuant to California Fish and Game Code section 2835.

Examples of Authorized Take in a sentence

  • In no case shall NiSource be obligated to provide compensation for Authorized Take in excess of what would have been required of NiSource had the ITP not been terminated.

  • Authorized Trader means any natural person associated with a Participant and, if applicable, a DMA Customer who (i) has TradingAccess to the SEF operated by BSEF using a Participant ID and (ii) is assigned a valid Trader ID.
