Authorized Signatories definition

Authorized Signatories means any two persons acting together authorized by the Issuer, its articles of association or otherwise under German law to act on behalf of the Issuer.

Authorized Signatories mean Responsible Officers authorized to execute documents on behalf of the Trust.

Authorized Signatories. Any Person designated by written notice delivered to the Indenture Trustee as authorized to execute documents and instruments on behalf of a Person.

Authorized Signatories means an employee of the Board of Governors authorized to execute on behalf of the Board of Governors those instruments pursuant to section 4 of this By-law;
