Authorized Services definition

Authorized Services shall have the meaning as defined in the Master Agreement.

Authorized Services means those cellular and broadband PCS services which Carrier may lawfully provide pursuant to Applicable Laws, including the Act, and that are considered to be CMRS.

Authorized Services means those services that WSP may lawfully provide pursuant to Applicable Law, including the Act, and that are CMRS. This Agreement is solely for the exchange of WSP’s Authorized Services traffic between the Parties. For avoidance of doubt, this Agreement will apply only to CMRS traffic that originates from or terminates to a Wireless Phone Handset via the WSP or an MVNO. Authorized Services does not include landline originated services.

Examples of Authorized Services in a sentence

• This Agreement does not give the Authorized Service Provider any right to purchase shares from the Fund, nor does it constitute the Authorized Services Provider an agent of the Fund to receive any orders to purchase or redeem shares of such Fund on behalf of the Fund.

• Upon termination of the Agreement, DISTRIBUTOR agrees to immediately cease to render the Authorized Services or use the Marks in any manner whatsoever.

• The Marks MAY NOT be used for any purpose that is not directly related to the provision of the Authorized Services.

• In providing the Authorized Services, DISTRIBUTOR will use a facility that meets GUPTA's reasonable minimum standards as set forth in Attachment 3.

• This Agreement does not give Authorized Service Provider any right to purchase shares from any Fund, nor does it constitute the Authorized Services Provider an agent of any Fund to receive any orders to purchase or redeem shares of any Fund on behalf of such Fund.

More Definitions of Authorized Services

Authorized Services means any and all services performed by any Authorized User for the Water System for or in connection with the Water System’s use of the Software or Documentation in accordance with this Agreement, including any services comprising or relating to the analysis, development, delivery, installation, configuration, integration, testing, deployment, maintenance, support, repair, storage, copying, reproduction, modification, enhancement, improvement, or disaster recovery of, or training of Authorized Users concerning, the Software or Documentation.

Authorized Services means those services eligible to be funded by CFD No. 87 in accordance with the Act, including, but not limited to, fire protection and suppression services, maintenance and lighting of parks, parkways, streets, roads and open space, flood and storm protection services and maintenance and operation of any real property or other tangible property with an estimated useful life of five or more years that is owned by the City.

Authorized Services means those services authorized to be funded by CFD No. 2006-1 as set forth in the documents adopted by the City Council when the CFD was formed.

Authorized Services means those services that are authorized to be funded by CFD No. 2005-1.

Authorized Services means the public services authorized to be funded by the CFD as set forth in the documents adopted by the City Council when the CFD was formed.

Authorized Services do not include ISP traffic or other Information Services, as defined by the Act. This Agreement is solely for Authorized Services.
