Authorized Purchasing Representative definition

Authorized Purchasing Representative means the individual who is designated as such on the face of the Order, or who is otherwise designated in writing by Buyer as its authorized purchasing representative.
Authorized Purchasing Representative means the individual whose name appears on the face of the Purchase Order under “Buyer Name”, or who is otherwise designated in writing by Buyer as its authorized purchasing representative.
Authorized Purchasing Representative means the person authorized by Buyer’s cognizant purchasing organization to administer and/or execute this Order and who has sole authority to make contractual commitments on behalf of Buyer, to provide contractual direction, and to change contractual requirements of this Order.

  • Buyer’s Authorized Purchasing Representative will instruct the Seller on formal notification actions and specific forms to submit, as necessary.

  • Seller shall notify Buyer’s Authorized Purchasing Representative in writing of any change in Seller’s name, ownership or the place of performance.

  • Any claim for adjustment shall be unconditionally waived unless: (1) asserted in writing and delivered to Buyer within fifteen (15) days of the date of the written change order; and (2) a fully supported proposal is delivered to Buyer’s Authorized Purchasing Representative within forty five (45) days after Seller’s receipt of such direction.

  • Buyer’s Authorized Purchasing Representative will instruct the Seller on formal notification actions and specific forms to submit, as necessary.113.

  • Authorized Purchaser means an individual authorized by a Participating Entity to place orders against this contract.

  • Authorized Party means the person who is authorized to approve an Award, exercise discretion, or take action under the Administrative Procedure for the Performance Share Program and pursuant to the Program. With regard to Senior Officers, the Committee is the Authorized Party. With regard to other Employees, the Chief Executive Officer, acting as the Special Equity Award Committee of the Board of Directors of the Company, is the Authorized Party, although the Committee may act concurrently as the Authorized Party.

  • Purchasing Agent means the head of the City’s Purchasing Division, or a designated contact person acting for him or at his direction.

  • Authorized Persons means such officers or such agents of a Fund as have been properly appointed pursuant to a resolution of the appropriate Board or Executive Committee, a certified copy of which has been provided to the Custodian, to act on behalf of the Fund under this Agreement.   • authorized LEA representative means a LEA administrator designated to be responsible for nonpublic school/agencies. It is understood, a representative of the Special Education Plan Local Area (SELPA) of which the LEA is a member is an authorized LEA representative in collaboration with the LEA. The LEA maintains sole responsibility for the contract, unless otherwise specified in the contract.

  • Authorized Person means any Officer or person who has been designated as such by written notice and named in Exhibit A and delivered to the Custodian by the Trust, or if the Trust has notified the Custodian in writing that it has an authorized investment manager or other agent, delivered to the Custodian by the Trust’s investment advisor or other agent. Such Officer or person shall continue to be an Authorized Person until such time as the Custodian receives Written Instructions from the Trust or the Trust’s investment advisor or other agent that any such person is no longer an Authorized Person.

  • Supplier Representative means the representative appointed by the Supplier from time to time in relation to this Framework Agreement;
