An Authorized Person is a person who accesses the private data without a work assignment that reasonably requires the data or regardless of work assignment for a purpose not authorized by Minn.
The Depositary will be entitled to rely on any instructions that it reasonably believes to be delivered by an Authorized Person of the Secured Party listed on Annex B, but only if such instructions are signed by at least two Authorized Persons of the Secured Party listed on Xxxxx X, submitted in the original written form.
