Authorized Period definition

Authorized Period means the time period specified in the Entitlement.
Authorized Period means the twelve (12) month period from the Execution Date or such longer period as may be approved by Government pursuant to Article 3; provided that the Authorized Period shall in all events terminate upon the termination of this MOU.
Authorized Period has the meaning set out in Exhibit B.

Examples of Authorized Period in a sentence

  • Effective January 1, 2017, the Basic Benefit increased to $100 per month for all years of Credited Service for employees on the Active Payroll of the Company on January 1, 2017, or those on an Authorized Period of Absence on January 1, 2017 (including those who retire from the employ of the Company on January 1, 2017).

  • Customer may place Orders for additional Licensed Software or Authorized Units, or to extend the Authorized Period with respect to the Licensed Software by specifying such details in an Order form agreed to in writing by the parties.

  • Effective January 1, 2017, the Basic Benefit will be increased to $100 per month for all years of Credited Service for employees on the Active Payroll of the Company on January 1, 2017, or those on an Authorized Period of Absence on January 1, 2017 (including those who retire from the employ of the Company on January 1, 2017).

  • In the event none of these remedies is available and/or practical, Humio may, in its sole discretion, terminate the license and return to Customer the license fees paid for the infringing licensed copies with respect to the then-current Authorized Period, reduced on a prorated basis for each month the Licensed Software is used during the Authorized Period.

  • January 1, 2016, the Basic Benefit for participants in the Boeing Company Employee Retirement Plan (referred to as the “BCERP” or the “Plan”) increased to $95.00 per month for all years of Credited Service for employees on the active payroll of the Company or those on an Authorized Period of Absence on or after January 1, 2016 (including those who retire from the employ of the Company on January 1, 2016).

  • Effective January 1, 2017, the Basic Benefit will be increased to $100 per 36 month for all years of Credited Service for employees on the Active Payroll of the Company on 37 January 1, 2017, or those on an Authorized Period of Absence on January 1, 2017 (including those 38 who retire from the employ of the Company on January 1, 2017).

  • In the event the details listed below change during the Authorized Period, that Party shall notify the other Party within thirty (30) days and provide the new contact details.

  • January 1, 2016, the Basic Benefit for participants 11 in the Boeing Company Employee Retirement Plan (referred to as the “BCERP” or the 12 “Plan”) increased to $95.00 per month for all years of Credited Service for employees 13 on the active payroll of the Company or those on an Authorized Period of Absence 14 on or after January 1, 2016 (including those who retire from the employ of the 15 Company on January 1, 2016).

  • Effective January 1, 2017, the Basic Benefit increased to $100 41 per month for all years of Credited Service for employees on the Active Payroll of 42 the Company on January 1, 2017, or those on an Authorized Period of Absence on 43 January 1, 2017 (including those who retire from the employ of the Company on 44 January 1, 2017).

  • January 1, 2016, the Basic Benefit 10 for participants in the Boeing Company Employee Retirement Plan (BCERP) increased to 11 $95.00 per month for all years of Credited Service for employees on the active payroll of 12 the Company or those on an Authorized Period of Absence on or after January 1, 2016 13 (including those who retire from the employ of the Company on January 1, 2016).

Related to Authorized Period

  • Authorized Person means any Officer or person who has been designated as such by written notice and named in Exhibit A and delivered to the Custodian by the Trust, or if the Trust has notified the Custodian in writing that it has an authorized investment manager or other agent, delivered to the Custodian by the Trust’s investment advisor or other agent. Such Officer or person shall continue to be an Authorized Person until such time as the Custodian receives Written Instructions from the Trust or the Trust’s investment advisor or other agent that any such person is no longer an Authorized Person.

  • Authorized Personnel means the employees of the Licensee and personnel from third parties who work on behalf of the Licensee under a contract (which shall include confidentiality clause) entered into and between the Licensee and the third party.

  • Authorized Persons means such officers or such agents of a Fund as have been properly appointed pursuant to a resolution of the appropriate Board or Executive Committee, a certified copy of which has been provided to the Custodian, to act on behalf of the Fund under this Agreement. Each of such persons shall continue to be an Authorized Person until such time as the Custodian receives Proper Instructions that any such officer or agent is no longer an Authorized Person.

  • Authorized pharmacist means an Iowa-licensed pharmacist whose license is in good standing and who meets the drug therapy management criteria defined in this rule.

Such certificate may designate an alternate or alternates.

  • Restricted Period means the 40-day distribution compliance period as defined in Regulation S.

  • Authorized City Representative means the Mayor, City Manager, Finance Director, City Clerk or such other person at the time designated to act on behalf of the City as evidenced by written certificate furnished to the Company and the Trustee containing the specimen signature of such person and signed on behalf of the City by its Mayor. Such certificate may designate an alternate or alternates each of whom shall be entitled to perform all duties of the Authorized City Representative.

  • Specified Period means the period beginning on the commencement date and terminating in accordance with section 72(6) of the Act;

  • Authorized Distributor means a Distributor distributing product within the terms of an Original Component Manufacturer (OCM) or the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) contractual agreement. Contractual Agreement terms include, but are not limited to, distribution region, distribution products or lines, and warranty flow down from the OCM/OEM. Under this distribution, the distributor would be known as an Authorized Distributor. The term Franchised Distributor is considered synonymous with Authorized Distributor.

Any such notice of disapproval shall describe with reasonable specificity the basis for Landlord’s disapproval and the changes that would be necessary to resolve Landlord’s objections.

  • Acceptance period, as used in this provision, means the number of calendar days available to the PHA/IHA for awarding a contract from the date specified in this solicitation for receipt of bids.

  • Authorized Party means the person who is authorized to approve an Award, exercise discretion, or take action under the Administrative Procedure for the Performance Share Program and pursuant to the Program. With regard to Senior Officers, the Committee is the Authorized Party. With regard to other Employees, the Chief Executive Officer, acting as the Special Equity Award Committee of the Board of Directors of the Company, is the Authorized Party, although the Committee may act concurrently as the Authorized Party.
