Authorized Maintenance Performer definition

Authorized Maintenance Performer means Lessee, American Airlines, Inc., U.S. Air, Aviall, Rolls Royce Canada or any Air Authority approved provider.

Authorized Maintenance Performer means any FAA authorized repair station or any authorized FAA Part 121 air carrier having the authority to perform maintenance and repairs to aircraft of the same type as the Aircraft. The identity of the Authorized Maintenance Performer and such other information about such party shall be disclosed by LESSEE to LESSOR upon LESSOR's reasonable request.

Authorized Maintenance Performer means any repair station licensed or certified by the Aviation Authority acting within the scope of its authorization, including, without limitation, the entity performing maintenance to (a) the Aircraft under the ABX Maintenance Program or (b) an Engine under the Delta Engine Program.

• Except as required to be performed by Lessor as part of the Delivery Condition Requirements, all work required to be performed on the Aircraft so as to satisfy Lessee’s operational requirements, to otherwise comply with the regulations of the Aviation Authority or for any other reason, shall be performed by an Authorized Maintenance Performer at Lessee’s cost and expense.

• Lessee may deliver possession of any Engine to the Manufacturer or to an Authorized Maintenance Performer for testing, service, repair, maintenance or overhaul work on such Engine or any part thereof or for alterations or modifications in or additions to such Engine to the extent required or permitted by the terms of this Agreement.

• Lessee shall, upon Lessor’s request, provide Lessor with letters to the Authorized Maintenance Performer allowing the disclosure to Lessor of all matters relating to the maintenance of the Aircraft.

More Definitions of Authorized Maintenance Performer

Authorized Maintenance Performer means LESSEE, Air New Zealand (Xxxxxx Church), Sabre Tech (Arizona), Pemco (Alabama), Tramco (Washington), Evergreen Air Center, Inc. (Arizona), Mobile Aerospace (Alabama), Greenwich Air Services (Florida), TIMCO (North Carolina) or such other FAA certified maintenance performer of comparable quality and reputation to that of any of the above listed entities, and which is approved in advance by Lessor.

Authorized Maintenance Performer means any repair station licensed or certified by the Aviation Authority acting within the scope of its authorization, including, without limitation, the entity performing maintenance to an Engine under the Delta Engine Program.

Authorized Maintenance Performer means, in relation to any Airframe, any Engine or any Part, (a) for so long as the relevant Aircraft is subject to an Operating Lease, a maintenance facility approved by the relevant Operating Lessor from time to time under the relevant Operating Lease in accordance with the Standard, and (b) during any period the relevant Aircraft is Off-Lease, any maintenance provider or providers selected by GFC and certified by the JAA under JAR Part 145 or approved by the FAA under FAR Part 145.

Authorized Maintenance Performer means Lessee or any other repair station licensed or certificated by the Aviation Authority doing maintenance work within the scope of its authorization.

Authorized Maintenance Performer means Mortgagor or any authorized mechanic or any authorized repair station having the authority pursuant to the Maintenance Program to perform maintenance and repairs to aircraft of the same type as the Aircraft or engines of the same type as the Engines that are authorized under the Maintenance Program.

Authorized Maintenance Performer means, with respect to any Airframe and Engine maintenance inspections, repairs or overhauls in accordance with Lessee's maintenance program, any individual or maintenance facility approved by the FAA for the relevant work on Boeing 737-300 aircraft or engines such as the Engines, (including, without limitation, Lessee if so approved), or, with the prior written consent of Beneficiary, any other FAA approved maintenance or repair facility.
