Authorized Investment definition

Authorized Investment means any type of instrument, security, participation or other property in which Cash Collateral may be invested or reinvested, as described in Section 5(f) hereof and Appendix 4 hereto (and as such Appendix may be amended from time to time by written agreement of the parties).
Authorized Investment means Pakistan origin investments transacted, issued, traded or listed inside or outside Pakistan and includes any of the following:

More Definitions of Authorized Investment

Authorized Investment means any type of instrument, security, participation or other property in which Cash Collateral may be invested or reinvested, pursuant to Section 2.6 of this Agreement and the Investment Guidelines.
Authorized Investment means all investments transacted, issued and traded whether listed inside or outside Pakistan as permissible under the Rules or under the investment policy prescribed by the Commission.

Authorized investments shall not be limited to that class of investments which is specifically authorized as a legal investment for trust funds under the law of the state of domicile of the Trustee, but no investment shall constitute an Authorized investment if such investment is prohibited by governing local or federal law.
