Authorized District Representative means the Superintendent of the District, the Assistant Superintendent, Administrative Services of the District, the Chief Business Official/Assistant Superintendent, Business Services of the District or any other officer of the District designated by the Board of Education.
Authorized District Representative means the representative, or alternate, elected or appointed by the Authorized Districts to represent the Authorized Districts’ interests as a member of the IWMA regional agency pursuant to Section 40977 of the Public Resources Code.

Authorized District Representative means the President of the Board of Trustees, the Clerk or Secretary of the Board of Trustees, and such other member of the Board of Trustees as the President may designate, the Superintendent of the District, the Assistant Superintendent of Business Services of the District, and any person authorized by the Board of Trustees of the District to act on behalf of the District under or with respect to the Trust Agreement.
Authorized District Representative means the Chairman of the District or such other Person at the time designated to act on behalf of the District as evidenced by a written certificate furnished to the Trustee containing the specimen signature of such person and signed on behalf of the District by its Chairman.
