Authorized Corporation Representative definition

Authorized Corporation Representative means any person at the time designated to act on behalf of the Corporation by written certificate furnished to the Issuer and the Trustee, containing the specimen signature of such person and signed by the Chairperson, the Vice Chairperson, the President, the Chief Executive Officer, the Secretary, the Assistant Secretary, the Treasurer or the Chief Financial Officer of the Corporation. Such Certificate may designate an alternate or alternates.

Authorized Corporation Representative means the President or the Secretary/Treasurer of the Corporation or any other person designated for such purpose in a resolution of the Board of Directors of the Corporation.

Authorized Corporation Representative means the President, the Vice President, the Treasurer and the Secretary of the Corporation, and any other Person authorized by the President of the Corporation to act on behalf of the Corporation under or with respect to this Trust Agreement.
