More Definitions of Authorized Contractor

Authorized Contractor means a contractor who holds a valid Software license purchased by Customer for the purpose of providing services to Customer or an Affiliate.

Additionally, AT&T will make available, and keep up-to-date, a reasonably sufficient list of contractors it authorizes to perform Make-Ready Surveys or Make-Ready Work in the Communications Space on its Poles in cases where, in accordance with this Agreement, Attaching Party has elected One-Touch Make-Ready (OTMR) or AT&T and/or Other User(s) failed to meet the associated deadlines specified in Section 8, with the following exclusions:
