Authorized Agents definition

Authorized Agents means Customer’s consultants, agents and contractors who are working on Customer’s premises and who require access to licensed Software and/or Documentation as part of their support of Customer’s internal business.
Authorized Agents means the officer of a county or city and county designated by law to issue annual registrations of vehicles and to collect any registration or license fee imposed thereon by law.
Authorized Agents means Customer’s consultants, agents and contractors who are working on Customer’s premises and require access to SISW Technology in support of Customer’s internal business.

More Definitions of Authorized Agents

Authorized Agents means Licensee’s consultants, agents and contractors who are working on Licensee’s premises and who require access to the Software and/or Documentation solely for their support of Licensee’s internal business.
