Authorized Access definition

Authorized Access means a role assigned by the County Recorder to an Authorized Submitter and Agent, if any, who is authorized to use ERDS for only Type 2 instruments. This level of access does not require fingerprinting.
Authorized Access means all acts related to handling of meters in accordance with NERC Regulations and Order on Unauthorized Access.
Authorized Access means right assigned to Licensee to access and use the Licensed SaaS Software including any trial or pilot period prior or during the Subscription.

  • Authorized Agent means an agent who is legally authorized to bind the Seller under the law of the State in which the Seller is legally organized. An Authorized Agent must sign all documents in the Bid Packet on behalf of the Seller. Under Oklahoma law, the Authorized Agent for each of the following types of entities is as stated below:
