Authority Sites definition

Authority Sites. The locations where the Authority’s operations are undertaken and from where pick ups may be required. Generally this means the following:
Authority Sites means those sites as set out in Schedule 4 Part 1 (Documents and Data referred to in PART 2) which are in the Authority's control or were in its control immediately prior to the Commencement Date and which are to be used by the Contractor for the purposes of performing the Project;
Authority Sites means those sites which are in the Authority’s control and which are to be used by the Contractor for the purposes of providing the Contractor Deliverables;

Examples of Authority Sites in a sentence

  • The Contractor shall provide details for each Authority Sites demonstrate a detailed understanding of system capabilities by setting out the operational planning / fleet mapping process they will undertake as part of the work.

  • The Contractor shall also give all notices required by or under any Law, or required by any Statutory Undertaker with rights over the Authority Sites, or with whose systems the System is or shall be connected, which may be required in relation to the Services or otherwise affecting the Contractor or the Services.

  • The Contractor shall not acquire any property rights to the Authority Sites.

  • The Contractor shall comply with all security requirements of the Authority while on the Authority Sites, and shall procure that all of its employees, agents and Sub-contractors shall likewise comply with such requirements.

  • Notwithstanding Clause 14.3, the Authority reserves the right under this Agreement to, at its discretion, refuse to admit to, or instruct the Contractor to remove any Contractor Personnel to provide the Services from, any Authority Sites or other premises occupied by or on behalf of the Crown any person employed or engaged by the Contractor, or by a Sub Contractor and the Contractor shall, and shall ensure that the relevant Sub-contractor shall, promptly comply.

  • The Contractor acknowledges that it is not entitled to recover any additional costs from the Authority which arise from any issue related to the Services which it is deemed to have knowledge of under this Clause 4, including any issue concerning the inadequacy or suitability of the Authority Sites in terms of enabling the Contractor to install or operate the System or to provide the Services in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.

  • The Customer Authority is to list:  in Part A of this Appendix, which Service Requirements from Part A of Schedule 2 are being provided under this Call-Off Contract, including any relevant quantities, the Customer Authority Sites and Contractor Equipment.

  • If and when directed by the Authority, the Contractor shall provide a list of the names and addresses of all persons who it is expected may require admission in connection with the performance of this Agreement to any Authority Sites or other premises occupied by or on behalf of the Crown, specifying the capacities in which they are concerned with this Agreement and giving such other particulars as the Authority may reasonably require.

  • Where work is carried out on Authority Sites, the Authority may, on an ad hoc basis, at no cost to the Contractor and solely for the purposes of thisContract, provide access to a printer, facsimile services, photocopying facilities and furniture.

  • Where work is carried out on Authority Sites, the Authority may, on an ad hoc basis, at no cost to the Contractor and solely for the purposes of this Tasking Order, provide access to a printer, facsimile services, photocopying facilities and furniture.

Related to Authority Sites

  • Authority System means the Authority’s computing environment (consisting of hardware, software and/or telecommunications networks or equipment) used by the Authority or the Contractor in connection with this Contract which is owned by or licensed to the Authority by a third party and which interfaces with the Contractor System or which is necessary for the Authority to receive the Services.

  • Water Authority means the body corporate known as the Water Authority of Western Australia established by the Water Authority Xxx 0000;

  • Airport Authority means any city or any public or private board or other body or organization chartered or otherwise established for the purpose of administering, operating or managing airports or related facilities, which in each case is an owner, administrator, operator or manager of one or more airports or related facilities.

  • City’s Site means any land and/or premises owned by the City on which or in respect of which the Services are performed by the Consultant;

  • Port Authority means the Port Hedland Port Authority, being the body corporate established for the Port under the Port Authorities Act;

  • Host Authority means the local authority appointed by the Parties under these arrangements to lead on a specified matter or function as set out in paragraphs 14 and 19.

  • Study Site means the location(s) under the control of the Institution where the Study is actually conducted as set out in Schedule 1.

  • Authority ICT System means the Authority’s computing environment (consisting of hardware, software and/or telecommunications networks or equipment) used by the Authority or the Contractor in connection with the Contract which is owned by or licensed to the Authority by a third party and which interfaces with the Contractor ICT System or which is necessary for the Authority to receive the Services.

  • Sites means the area(s) upon or in which the construction work is carried on, and such other areas adjacent thereto as may be designated by the Commissioner.

  • The Site, where applicable, means the designated project place(s) named in the bidding document.

  • Project Site(s) means the place(s) specified in the SCC for the supply and installation of the System.

  • Authority’s Premises means any premises occupied by or under the control of the Authority where the Services are to be supplied, as set out in the Specification.

  • Site means the place or places where the permanent Works are to be carried out including workshops where the same is being prepared.

  • Authority Software means software which is owned by or licensed to the Authority, including software which is, or will be used by the Contractor for the purpose of providing the Services but excluding the Contractor Software.

  • Host Site means the site at which the Site Host Load is consumed, including real property, facilities and equipment owned or operated by the Site Host or its Related Entities located at such site.

  • Project site, where applicable, means the place indicated in bidding documents.

  • Authority’s Representative means the individual authorised to act on behalf of the Authority for the purposes of the Contract.

  • Virginia Stormwater Management Program authority or "VSMP authority" means an authority approved by the State Board after September 13, 2011, to operate a Virginia Stormwater Management Program.

  • Areas means such areas within the DAS Areas that are identified in Annexure A annexed to this Agreement;

  • Resort Site means those parts of Burswood Island as are‑

  • local authority area means a local authority area as defined in section 1 of the Local Authorities Act, 1992 (Act No. 23 of 1992);

  • Project means the goods or Services described in the Signature Document or a Work Order of this Contract.

  • Aeronautical authorities means, in the case of the People’s Republic of China, the General Administration of Civil Aviation of China, or any person or agency authorized to perform any function presently exercised by the said Administration; and in the case of the Republic of South Africa, the Minister responsible for civil aviation or any person or agency authorized to perform any particular function provided for in this Agreement.

  • Underground storage tank system means an underground storage tank and the connected underground piping, underground ancillary equipment, and containment system, if any.

  • Common Areas and Facilities means collectively the Development Common Areas and Facilities and the Residential Common Areas and Facilities and all those parts and such of the facilities of the Development designated as common areas and facilities in any Sub-Deed;

  • Airports means Chicago O’Hare International Airport and Chicago Midway International Airport.
