Authority Representative definition

Authority Representative means the representative appointed by the Authority from time to time in relation to this Framework Agreement;

Authority Representative means the Executive Director of the Authority, or any person designated by the Executive Director to act as the Authority Representative for the purposes of this Agreement.

Such certificate may designate an alternate or alternates. The Authority Representative may be an officer or employee of the Authority or the City.

Authority Representative means any person authorized from time to time in writing by the Authority, or its successors and assigns, to perform a designated act or execute a designated document.
