Authority Premises definition

Authority Premises means premises owned, controlled or occupied by the Authority;
Authority Premises premises owned, controlled or occupied by the Authority and/or any Central Government Body which are made available for use by the Supplier or its Sub-contractors for provision of the Services (or any of them);
Authority Premises means any land or premises (including temporary buildings) owned or occupied by or on behalf of the Authority or any member of the TfL Group;

  • Likewise on termination or expiry of this Agreement the Supplier shall be responsible for the removal and safe disposal of all relevant Supplier Equipment from the Sites and the Authority Premises, including the cost of packing, carriage and making good the Sites and/or the Authority Premises following removal, and taking account of any sustainability requirements, including safe removal of data and recycling requirements.

  • HER MAJESTY’S PRISONS Access to Authority Premises Where the Contractor’s Personnel are required to have a pass for admission to the Premises the Authority shall, subject to satisfactory completion of approval procedures, arrange for passes to be issued.

More Definitions of Authority Premises

Authority Premises means any premises owned, occupied or controlled by the Authority which are made available for use by the Contractor or its Sub-Contractors for provision of the Services.
Authority Premises any land or premises (including temporary buildings) owned or occupied by or on behalf of any member of the Authority Group; “Business Day” any day excluding Saturdays, Sundays or public or bank holidays in England;
Authority Premises means the location where the Services are to be performed, as specified in the Specification, which are owned, leased or otherwise occupied by the Authority.

Authority Premises means any premises belonging to, or vesting in, the Authority, or taken on lease by the Authority, or entrusted to, or placed at the disposal of, the Authority for management and use for the purposes of this Act ;
