Authority Management Charge definition

Authority Management Charge means the sum payable by the Supplier to the Authority being an amount equal to 0.5 per cent (0.5%) of the Net Media Value plus the Supplier’s Commission, plus the ASBOF Charge/BASBOF Charge, invoiced to the Contracting Bodies by the Supplier (net of VAT) in each Month throughout the Framework Period and thereafter until the expiry or earlier termination of all Call Off Agreements entered pursuant to this Framework Agreement;

Examples of Authority Management Charge in a sentence

  • The Supplier acknowledges that it is essential that the Authority receives timely and accurate Management Information pursuant to this Framework Agreement because Management Information is used by the Authority to inform strategic decision making and allows it to calculate the Authority Management Charge.

  • If an Audit reveals that: the Supplier has committed a material Default; a Persistent Failure has occurred; or the Supplier has underpaid an amount equal to or greater than one per cent (1%) of the Authority Management Charge due in respect of any Month, then the Supplier shall reimburse the Authority its reasonable costs incurred in relation to the Audit.

  • The Framework Prices in this Framework Agreement are (and the Charges set out in the Call-Off Agreements shall be) quoted inclusive of the Authority Management Charge.

  • For the avoidance of doubt, the Parties agree that the Authority Management Charge payable in accordance with Clause 15 does not constitute a payment of commission for the purposes of this Clause 8.

  • The Authority Management Charge shall apply to the full Charges as specified in each and every Call-Off Agreement and shall not be varied as a result of any discount or any reduction in the Charges due to the application of any deductions made under any Call-Off Agreement.

  • In addition to the Authority Management Charge, the Supplier shall pay the VAT on the Authority Management Charge at the rate and in the manner prescribed by Law from time to time.

  • The Authority shall notify the Supplier if any Admin Fees arise pursuant to paragraph 5.5.1 above and shall be entitled to invoice the Supplier for such Admin Fees which shall be payable in accordance with Clause 15 as a supplement to the Authority Management Charge.

  • This location will provide a safe, confidential and convenient environment for young people to receive a holistic service addressing their emotional and physical needs.

  • Interest shall be payable on any late payments of the Authority Management Charge under this Framework Agreement in accordance with the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998.

Related to Authority Management Charge

  • Management Charge means the sum paid by the Supplier to the Authority being an amount of half (0.5) percent of all Charges for the Services invoiced to the Contracting Bodies (net of VAT) in each Month throughout the Term and thereafter until the expiry or earlier termination of any Call-Off Contract;

  • Property management means leasing or renting, or offering to lease or rent, real property of others for a fee, commission, compensation, or other valuable consideration pursuant to a property management employment contract.

  • Security Management Plan means the Supplier's security management plan prepared pursuant to paragraph 3 of schedule 2 an outline of which is set out in paragraph 2.7 of the Order Form as updated from time to time;

  • Contract Charges means charges that accrue during a given month as defined in Article III. “Contract Term” is defined in Article IV.

  • Property management system means the Contractor’s system or systems for managing and controlling Government property.

  • Water Service Connection (lateral) shall mean the pipes and fixtures used for the purpose of supplying any premises in the Municipality with water from the Corporation’s water distribution system that is located between the Corporation’s water main in the street and the street property line abutting the premises so supplied.

  • Load Management means a Demand Resource (“DR”) as defined in the Reliability Assurance Agreement.

  • Stormwater management BMP means an excavation or embankment and related areas designed to retain stormwater runoff. A stormwater management BMP may either be normally dry (that is, a detention basin or infiltration system), retain water in a permanent pool (a retention basin), or be planted mainly with wetland vegetation (most constructed stormwater wetlands).

  • Property Manager means an entity that has been retained to perform and carry out at one or more of the Properties property-management services, excluding persons, entities or independent contractors retained or hired to perform facility management or other services or tasks at a particular Property, the costs for which are passed through to and ultimately paid by the tenant at such Property.

  • Account Charge means, in relation to each of the Charged Accounts, the first priority fixed charge or pledge over all such accounts given or to be given by the relevant account holder thereof in favor of and in form and substance satisfactory to the Security Trustee.

  • Utility Charges means water, sewer, electricity, gas and other utility charges, if any, applicable to the Real Property or the Leased Real Property;

  • Stormwater management means the programs to maintain quality and quantity of stormwater runoff to pre-development levels.

  • SLDC Charges means the charges levied by the SLDC of the state wherein the Solar Power Project is located;

  • Facility Charge means one percent (1%) of the Maximum Term Loan Amount.
