Examples of Authority Change in a sentence
In the event that the Change Proposal has been confirmed by the Authority, then the adjustment to any amount payable by the Authority to the Contractor in respect of any Contractor Deliverables to which the Authority Change relates shall place the Contractor in no better and no worse a financial position than would be the case had the Authority Change not been implemented.
If a Time and Materials Change Order is issued by the Authority, Change Order accounting shall include maintenance of Time and Materials Records as described in Section 17.9.2.
The Change Proposal shall include the opinion of the Contractor on: whether relief from compliance with obligations is required, including the obligations of the Contractor to achieve any Delivery Date or other date set out in the Contract, and meet the requirements set out in the Schedule of Requirements during the implementation of the Authority Change; any impact on the fulfilment of the Contractor Deliverables; and any amendment required to this Contract as a result of the Authority Change.
RAMPs provide information used to identify and prioritise the maintenance requirements of current assets and to support longer-term decision making based on service priorities and available assets.
However, it is further acknowledged by the Councils that any amalgamation shall not have the ability to automatically alter the Administrative Area (as defined in the Project Agreement), and the only way for the Councils to amend this (so as to capture the geographical area of any new "successor Council" for the purposes of the Project) shall be to implement a variation under the Project Agreement by way of an Authority Change as noted above.
