Authority Bonds definition

Authority Bonds means the series of bonds of the Authority issued in whole or in part to finance the Loan made hereunder, together with any bonds of the Authority issued to refinance such bonds.
Authority Bonds means any bonds of the Authority issued to finance the State’s revolving fund established pursuant to the Water Pollution Control Act, as amended, and the Safe Drinking Water Act, as amended.
Authority Bonds means any bonds outstanding under the Authority Indenture, which are secured by payments made on the Bonds.

  • The date of this Financing Agreement is for reference purposes only and this Financing Agreement shall become effective upon the date of execution and delivery hereof by the parties hereto, shall (subject to Section 3.1(A)(ii) and Section 3.6(D)) remain in full force and effect from such date and shall expire on such date as all Authority Bonds shall be discharged and satisfied in accordance with the provisions thereof and all obligations of the School District to the Authority hereunder are satisfied.

  • The School District shall pay all costs and expenses of the Authority in effecting the redemption of any Authority Bonds prior to maturity that are so redeemed due to the redemption prior to maturity of any School District Bonds, including any difference in the amount of interest due on the School District Bonds and the amount of interest due on the Authority Bonds.

  • Such assignment and pledge shall be irrevocable and shall continue until the date on which the liabilities of the Authority and the School District with respect to the Project have been discharged and the School District’s Proportionate Share of the Authority Bonds have been paid or otherwise discharged.

  • Amounts so deposited by the School District prior to the payment date for the Authority Bonds shall be invested by the Trustee at the direction of the Authority.

  • The School District acknowledges that the Authority’s commitment to make the Loan shall be solely from the proceeds of the Authority Bonds.


More Definitions of Authority Bonds

Authority Bonds means bonds authorized by the Bond Resolution, together with any refunding bonds authenticated and delivered pursuant to the Bond Resolution, in each case in order to provide the source of funding of the Loan, including the particular Project Loan Subaccount from which the amounts loaned to the Governmental Agency pursuant to this Loan Agreement are taken.
Authority Bonds means Bonds purchased with moneys provided to the Bond Trustee for the account of the Authority and that are registered in the name of the Authority or designated as being held for the account of the Authority, and that are not Liquidity Provider Bonds.
Authority Bonds means (i) Bonds owned or held by the Authority or held by the Trustee, or their agents, for the account of the Authority or (ii) Bonds which the Authority h as notified the Trustee, or which the Trustee knows, were purchased by another Person for the account of the Authority with moneys furnished by the Authority.
Authority Bonds means the bonds that may be issued by the Authority to provide approximately $176,000,000 in construction funds in accordance with the District Contract in connection with the financing of the Phase II Transportation Improvements. This definition also includes any bonds issued by the Authority to refund all or any of the Authority Bonds or bonds that shall have refunded bonds that have refunded Authority Bonds, provided that either (i) the annual debt service on such refunding bonds shall be equal to or less than the annual debt service on the bonds refunded and the final maturity of such refunding bonds shall occur no later than the final maturity of the bonds refunded or (ii) the Board and the Boards of Supervisors shall have given their prior written consent to the issuance of such refunding bonds.
Authority Bonds or “Bonds” mean bonds of the Authority authorized, authenticated, and delivered in order to finance or refinance the Project pursuant to this Loan Agreement and to enable the Department, through the Authority, to draw EPA capitalization grant funds for deposit in the SRF.
Authority Bonds means any bonds outstanding under the Authority Indenture, which are secured in part by payments made on the Bonds and which may be secured in part by any Parity Bonds.
Authority Bonds means the Authority’s Federally Taxable Public Improvement Revenue Bonds (Speedway Project), Series 2023, the terms and structure of which are described in Exhibit H.
