Authorities definition

Authorities means any government authority, agency, body or department having or claiming jurisdiction over the Agreement or the Project, or both.
Authorities means the authorities of the university as specified by or under this Act;
Authorities means the various governmental and quasi-governmental bodies or agencies having jurisdiction over Seller, the Real Property, the Improvements, or any portion thereof.
