Authorised Users definition

Authorised Users means those employees, agents and independent contractors of Customer or a Customer Affiliate who have been authorised by Customer to use the Products in accordance with these Terms.

Authorised Users means any of the following to whom You give permission to use the Software as part of Your BlackBerry Solution: (a) any of Your employees, consultants or independent contractors; (b) any friend or family member, or any person that resides in Your premises; and (c) any other person who RIM authorises in writing. Notwithstanding the foregoing, this Agreement does not convey the automatic right to have Your BlackBerry Server Software hosted by a third party. "BlackBerry Handheld Product", also known as "BlackBerry Device", means a device manufactured by or on behalf of RIM, including any such smartphone, smart card reader, tablet or BlackBerry Presenter and any other device expressly identified by RIM at xxxx://xxx.xxxxxxxxxx.xxx/legal/blackberrydevices_for_bbsla as a BlackBerry Handheld Product.

Examples of Authorised Users in a sentence

• The Customer confirms that, where the Account Data that it provides contains Personal Data about Authorised Users, it is legally entitled to provide that Personal Data to Snap Surveys.

• The Customer may use the Solution for other entities within the Customer’s management control but the Customer will be responsible for acts and omissions of all Authorised Users.

• In relation to the Authorised Users, the Customer undertakes thateach Authorised User shall keep a secure password for his use of the Services and Documentation, that such password shall be changed no less frequently than [FREQUENCY] and that each Authorised User shall keep his password confidential..

• Other than those limitations expressly described in an Exhibit A, Authorised Users will have no other limitations on their access or use of the Services.

• Customer’s Account(s): all Snap Online Accounts created by or on behalf of the Customer or its Authorised Users, and which contain the Customer’s Reference Number.

More Definitions of Authorised Users

Authorised Users means those employees in your organisation who are entitled to have access to the Content as specified in the Order, which shall be a fixed number of employees, and subject to any limitations set out in the Order;

Authorised Users means pupils, members of staff and trainee teachers of the Licensee and/or an Authorised School who are authorised by the Licensee or such school to access its information services whether on-site or off-site via Secure Authentication. For the avoidance of doubt parents and carers of pupils do not qualify as Authorised Users under this Licence.
