Authorised Third Party Provider means an Account Information Service Provider and/or a Payment Initiation Service Provider.

  • You must provide your explicit consent or share your Monese App credentials with the Authorised Third Party Provider each time an access to your Monese Account is required for them to provide you with their services.

  • The CTH will provide the Authorised Third Party Provider with the detailed list of the actions already performed by the CTH in the attempt of resolving the anomaly.

  • The CTH is entitled, unless otherwise requested by the Members, to transfer the anomaly to any Authorised Third Party Provider and/or to another LCHinternal department to establish a diagnosis, for assistance and/or corrective action; such Authorised Third Party Provider and/or internal department being, for the sake of clarity, entitled to contact directly the Members to perform the above tasks.

  • The CTH will supervise the correction of the anomaly by its Authorised Third Party Provider and/or internal department, until it has been remedied.

  • Client Personal Data means any personal data provided to us by you, or on your behalf, for the purpose of providing our services to you, pursuant to our engagement letter with you;

  • Information Provider means the person or organisation providing the Information under this licence.
