Authorised Third Party definition

Authorised Third Party means a person authorised by you to initiate trades or close existing trades using your account details, as referred to in Clause 16.
Authorised Third Party means business partners, contractors, agents, auditors, advisers, any telecommunications provider which we have an arrangement with in connection with the Property and/or third party supplier engaged by us from time to time for the purposes of providing the Property to you. Authorised Third Party shall also include parties in which we propose to or have any existing business dealing with.
Authorised Third Party means any Person appointed by the Security Trustee pursuant to the terms of Schedule 4 of the Administration Agreement and whom the Rating Agencies have previously confirmed in writing to Funding and the Security Trustee will not cause the then current ratings of the relevant Issuer's Notes to be downgraded, withdrawn or qualified provided that if the responsibilities that such appointed Person will assume include setting the interest rate applicable to any Mortgage Loan, such Person must be a lender in the UK residential mortgage market;

More Definitions of Authorised Third Party

Authorised Third Party means each of those persons, if any, specified as such in the Account Application, or subsequently appointed as such and notice of such appointment has been given to SHKCOM pursuant to the terms of this Agreement provided that such notice shall not take effect until 5 days after the actual receipt by SHKCOM of it;
Authorised Third Party means a person specified as such in a third party mandate from you to us;
Authorised Third Party means a person authorised by you to manage and operate your Account within the specified powers and authority granted under a separate appointment letter and limited power of attorney (in the form satisfactory to us).
Authorised Third Party means the individual named on the Programme Authorisation Form and is nominated by the appointed Programme Administrator acting on behalf of the company to carry out certain duties on the Programme Account as determined by American Express.
