Authorised Services definition

Authorised Services means the Financial Services set out under the Authorisation. Business means the business conducted by the Licensee of providing Financial Product Advice and Dealing in Financial Products. Examples of Authorised Services in a sentence

  • The Participant must ensure that only Authorised Services Officers perform the Services.

  • The Dealer must ensure that only Authorised Services Officers perform the Authorised Transactions.

  • Amounts in clause 4.1 payable by the Licensee in connection with the Authorised Services will be paid to the Office on the receipt of fees from a Client or a Referral Source and after normal processing by the Licensee under clause 4.1(a).

Related to Authorised Services

  • Authorised User means those employees, agents and independent contractors of the Customer who are authorised by the Customer to use the Services.

  • Authorised Users means the total number of the Customer’s employees/temporary agency staff/contractors or authorised representatives that are licensed to access the Software/use the Services as specified in an Order;
