Authorised School means the School(s) or Sixth Form College(s) that is/are listed on the Access Registration Form or on behalf of which the Licensee enters into this Licence (in accordance with clause 2.2) and which has been approved by the Publisher and/or the Publisher’s agent for the purposes of being granted access to the Churchill Archive.

Examples of Authorised School in a sentence

  • Nothing in this Licence shall make the Licensee liable for breach of the terms of this Licence by any Authorised School and/or Authorised User provided that the Licensee did not cause, knowingly assist, or condone the continuation of such breach after becoming aware of an actual breach having occurred.

  • authorised scheme means Work No. 1A described in paragraph 2 of Part 1 of this licence;
