Examples of Authorised Purposes in a sentence
We hereby grant you a licence to use the Sunlight Solution for the Authorised Purposes for the Term of the Agreement, and subject to the terms of this Agreement.
If we are providing support to you, we shall use our reasonable endeavours to support your use of the Sunlight Solution for the Authorised Purposes in accordance with the Support Policy provided you are in full compliance with the Agreement at all times and promptly comply with our reasonable instructions.
You may only use the Sunlight Application on the Sunlight Hardware and for the purposes of the licence granted in clause 4, the Authorised Purposes do not include the right to use of the Sunlight Application on hardware that we have not provided under this Agreement, including on any virtualised environment.
Authorised Purpose means a purpose for access to the name and address information on individuals held on the Motor Vehicle Register that we are authorised for and applies to you as set out in the MVR Authorised Purposes Schedule.
The Licensee may make a reasonable charge to recover costs incurred by the Licensee in providing copies of Copyright Material for Authorised Purposes.
