Authorised Participant Agreement definition

Authorised Participant Agreement means, in respect of an Authorised Participant, the authorised participant agreement (as amended, supplemented, novated and/or replaced from time to time) entered into by the Issuer and such Authorised Participant.

Authorised Participant Agreement means a written agreement between the Issuer and another person under which such person is appointed to act as an “Authorised Participant”, distribution agent or in a substantially similar function in relation to Short and Leveraged Commodity Securities and if such agreement is subject to conditions precedent, provided that such conditions have been satisfied

Authorised Participant Agreement means the authorised participant agreement dated on or about the Series Issue Date of the ETC Securities entered into by the Issuer, the Programme Counterparty, the Lead Authorised Participant, each Authorised Participant and any other parties thereto by the execution of the Issue Deed and in the form of the Master Authorised Participant Terms (as amended and/or supplemented by the Issue Deed) and as such Authorised Participant Agreement is amended, supplemented, novated or replaced from time to time.

Examples of Authorised Participant Agreement in a sentence

• Only an Authorised Participant may request that the Issuer issue additional Tranches of the ETP Securities by delivering a valid Subscription Order subject to and in accordance with the terms of the relevant Authorised Participant Agreement.

• The terms of each Authorised Participant Agreement may vary and each may be amended from time to time.

• Prior to being issued Units, an Authorised Participant must execute an Authorised Participant Agreement that deals with, amongst other things, the rights and obligations of the Authorised Participant in relation to applying for Units.

• An ETP Securityholder which is also an Authorised Participant may (subject as provided herein) on any Valuation Date require the Issuer to redeem all or part of its holding of ETP Securities at the Optional Redemption Amount by submitting to the Issuer a valid Redemption Order in accordance with the relevant Authorised Participant Agreement and the Operating Procedures Agreement.
