Authorised Overseas System definition

Authorised Overseas System means any telecommunication system outside the United Kingdom to which the Applicable Systems are authorised to be connected under Schedule 3;
Authorised Overseas System has the meaning in schedule 1 part 1 of the BT Licence as in force at the date of this Agreement;
Authorised Overseas System electronic communications network outside the United Kingdom in respect of which a Party conveys an International Call;

  • Authorised Driver means any driver of the Vehicle who is approved by Us and who is recorded on the Rental Agreement prior to the Start of the Rental. Damage means:
