Authorised Guarantee Agreement definition

Authorised Guarantee Agreement means an agreement which is an authorised guarantee agreement for the purposes of section 16;
Authorised Guarantee Agreement means an agreement between the Landlord and the Tenant entered into by the Tenant as covenantor in the circumstances set out in clause 3.18 and containing the provisions set out in Schedule 7;
Authorised Guarantee Agreement means an authorised guarantee agreement with respect to the performance by an assignee of the tenant’s covenants in this Lease to be entered into by the Tenant pursuant to paragraph 22.6 of the Third Schedule (permitted assignment) such agreement to be in accordance with the provisions of section 16 of the Landlord and Tenant (Covenants) ▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇ and subject thereto to be in such terms as the Landlord may reasonably require

  • At the transfer of the lease three documents are required: the License to Assign; an Authorised Guarantee Agreement; and a Deed of Assignment.

  • The Guarantor in consideration of the agreement to the assignment of this Lease covenants and guarantees with the Landlord that the Tenant will observe and perform its obligations under the Authorised Guarantee Agreement entered into by the Tenant pursuant to the terms of this Lease.
