Authorised Denominations definition

Authorised Denominations means [US]$[1,000,000] or integral multiples thereof;

More Definitions of Authorised Denominations

Authorised Denominations means, in relation to the Notes, denominations of, in the case of any class of the USD Notes, $100,000, in the case of any class of the GBP Notes, £50,000, in the case of any class of the EUR Notes, €500,000 and in each case in integral multiples in excess thereof;
Authorised Denominations means, in relation to the Current Issuer Notes, denominations of, in the case of any class of the Dollar Notes $1,000 and $10,000, in the case of any class of the Sterling Notes, (GBP)1,000 and (GBP)10,000, in the case of any class of the Euro Notes, (euro)500,000 and in such other denominations as the Note Trustee shall determine and notify to the relevant Noteholders;
