Authorised Demonstrators definition

Authorised Demonstrators means nominated employees of the Licensee who may use the Licensed Product in accordance with the provisions as laid down in this Agreement free of charge for demonstration, training or administrative purposes.
Authorised Demonstrators means nominated employees of the Licensee who may use the Licensed Works in accordance with the provisions as laid down in this Agreement free of charge for demonstration, training or administrative purposes.
Authorised Demonstrators means individuals holding a valid library membership card issued by the Authorised Institution. Such individuals are permitted to access and use the Licensed Work from computer terminals or otherwise within the physical premises of the Institution and off site either via a valid IP address on the Institutions’ Secure Network or via the website of the Publisher. Persons who do not hold a valid library membership card issued by the Institution are permitted to access the Licensed Work via computer terminals or otherwise within the physical premises of the Institution ["Walk-In Users"] and shall be deemed to be Authorised Users and Authorised Demonstrators only for the time they are within the physical premises of the Institution. Walk-In Users may not be given means to access the Licensed Work when they are not within the physical premises of the Institution. For the avoidance of doubt, Walk-In Users may not be given access to the Licensed Work by any wireless network provided by the Institution unless such network is a Secure Network.

Examples of Authorised Demonstrators in a sentence

  • In this Licence, the following expressions shall have the following meanings: "Authorised Demonstrators" means employees of the Licensee who are permitted to use the Licensed Work in accordance with the provisions as laid down in this Agreement free of charge for information, demonstration, training or administrative purposes.

  • This Licence shall be deemed to complement and extend the rights of the Authorised Institution, Authorised Users and Authorised Demonstrators under the Copyright, Designs and Patents Act 1988 and the Copyright (Visually Impaired Persons) Act 2002 and nothing in this Licence shall constitute a waiver of any statutory rights held by the Authorised Institution and Authorised Users and Authorised Demonstrators from time to time under these Acts or any amending legislation.

  • Upon termination of this Licence, copies of parts of the Licensed Work made by the Authorised Institution or Authorised Users and Authorised Demonstrators may be retained.

  • The Institution is permitted to make copies of all documentation and to distribute it to Authorised Users and Authorised Demonstrators and Authorised Demonstrators provided it is either duplicated in full, or a proper ownership acknowledgement is included.

Related to Authorised Demonstrators

  • Demonstrator means a person who performs a service of a barber at a demonstration.

  • Authorised Users means those employees, agents and independent contractors of Customer or a Customer Affiliate who have been authorised by Customer to use the Products in accordance with these Terms.

  • Authorised Dealer means a person authorised as an authorised dealer under subsection (1) of Section 10 of the Act ;

  • Authorised Persons means collectively all Event management, Venue management, Police, public bodies and agencies responsible for safety and security in connection with the Event or the Venue, and their respective staff, officials, representatives, officers and volunteers;

  • authorized LEA representative means a LEA administrator designated to be responsible for nonpublic school/agencies. It is understood, a representative of the Special Education Plan Local Area (SELPA) of which the LEA is a member is an authorized LEA representative in collaboration with the LEA.   • Certified inspector means an employee or agent of a VESCP authority who (i) holds a certificate of competence from the Board in the area of project inspection or (ii) is enrolled in the Board's training program for project inspection and successfully completes such program within one year after enrollment.

  • authorised agent means a passenger sales agent who has been appointed by us to represent us in the sale of air transportation on our services.

  • Independent Verification means that an evaluation is undertaken and reported by an individual or body whose organisation, systems and procedures conform to ISO Guide 65:1996 (EN 45011:1998) General requirements for bodies operating product certification systems (as amended form time to time) or equivalent, and who is accredited to audit against forest management standards by a body whose organisation, systems and procedures conform to ISO 17011: 2004 General Requirements for Providing Assessment and Accreditation of Conformity Assessment Bodies (as amended from time to time) or equivalent.

  • Representative of a prospective contractor means an officer or director of a corporation, a member or manager of a limited liability corporation, a partner of a partnership or a trustee of a trust of the prospective contractor.

  • Programme Limit means the maximum aggregate nominal amount of Notes that may be issued and outstanding at any time under the Programme, as such limit may be increased pursuant to the Dealer Agreement;

  • Authorised absence means that the school has either given approval in advance for a pupil of compulsory school age to be away from the school, or has accepted an explanation offered afterwards as justification for absence.
