Authorised Customer definition

Authorised Customer means “one of the following where relevant: (i) a health authority; (ii)a hospital or medical facility which is registered as a client of either GEHC; or (iii) a third party distributor or agent or wholesaler of GEHC, such third party being expressly authorised to supply GEHC’s products to customers in the relevant territory by way of the Web Service.”;
Authorised Customer means a health authority, hospital or medical facility which is registered as a client of GEHC for the purposes of the Web Service;
Authorised Customer means an Authority customer who has been authorised to receive payment by Simple Payment Services.

Examples of Authorised Customer in a sentence

  • A Registered User may place Orders only for such time as he or she has authority to do so from an Authorised Customer.

  • All Orders placed before receipt of such authorization shall be deemed to have been placed with the authority of the Authorised Customer.

  • A Registered User whose employment with an Authorised Customer is suspended or terminated for any reason shall not be entitled to place Orders and GEHC shall have no liability to the Authorised Customer for any Orders placed by unauthorised users whose Registered User Accounts have not been terminated by notice to GEHC.

  • When an Order is placed, an Order confirmation will be generated and delivered to the Authorised Customer.

  • By logging on to the Site as a Registered User or Master User you represent and warrant that you are authorised to place Orders of the Products on behalf of the Authorised Customer.

  • For the avoidance of doubt, the Order shall not be deemed to be accepted, nor shall there be any formal contract in place, unless and until GEHC has expressly accepted the Order by generating and delivering the Order confirmation to the Authorised Customer in accordance with paragraph 6.3 above.

  • It shall be the responsibility of the Authorised Customer to notify GEHC of the termination of the employment of any User.

  • The Customer shall take all necessary steps and measures to ensure that the Mashreq Business Online Token and/or the pin mailer are received by a duly authorised representative of the Customer and the Bank shall not be responsible to monitor if the Mashreq Business Online token and/or the pin mailer have been duly delivered to the Authorised Customer.

  • The Customer agrees to provide accurate, current and complete information on the Customer’s legal business name and address, together with the contact names, email addresses and phone numbers of the Authorised Customer Contacts (including a primary contact, a finance contact and the nominated authorised support contacts) and promptly inform the Supplier if this information should change.

  • Authorised Customer Contact(s): means the nominated customer contact(s) as defined in Section 3.12 and as detailed on the Order Form or subsequently changed from time to time by the Customer in writing to the Supplier.

  • Authorised User means those employees, agents and independent contractors of the Customer who are authorised by the Customer to use the Services.

In no case shall silence by the Customer ever be construed to mean express or implied consent to a request by the Company, or its Contractors. Customer consent shall be provided directly from the Customer and documented in writing, subject to forms and processes as defined by the Company.

  • Company Customer means a person or entity for whom the Company or any of its Subsidiaries was providing services either at the time of, or at any time within the twelve (12) months preceding the Termination Date, and for whom the Participant had direct contact with and/or carried out or oversaw a material business responsibility during said twelve (12) month period or about whom the Participant had exposure to or received Confidential Information as a result of the Participant’s employment with the Company or any of its Subsidiaries.

  • Authorised absence means that the school has either given approval in advance for a pupil of compulsory school age to be away from the school, or has accepted an explanation offered afterwards as justification for absence.
