Authorised Access Routes definition

Authorised Access Routes means the roads which may be used by the Purchaser pursuant to this Agreement marked as such on the Sale Map and are subject to the appropriate parts of the Road Traffic Act and should comply with the classification and associated specification as stated in the Schedule;

Authorised Access Routes means the forest roads to be used by You pursuant to the Contract in relation to the harvesting and removal of the Products, marked as such on the Sale Map. Authorised Access Routes are suitable for use by 44 tonne (gross) articulated lorries unless other restrictions are stated in the Lot Information and Conditions. Forestry England’s forest roads are classed as public roads and are subject to the appropriate parts of the Road Traffic Act 1988 (as may be amended from time to time).

Examples of Authorised Access Routes in a sentence

  • The Commission gives no warranty that any such Authorised Access Routes will be useable by vehicles at any specified time.

  • Where the supply of the Goods or provision of the Services requires the Supplier/Contractor to enter onto Commission forest areas, the Supplier/Contractor shall use the Authorised Access Routes only and shall take every reasonable precaution to minimise damage to such Authorised Access Routes and restore all actual damage occasioned thereto.

  • Forestry England will not be required to remove snow from the Authorised Access Routes.

  • Forestry England shall be entitled, after consultation with You, to close all or part of the Authorised Access Routes while the repair work is carried out.

  • Any dispute or difference arising between the parties and which involves such matter as the Quantity as defined in Part I of the Schedule, the suitability of Authorised Access Routes, Specification in accordance with Clause 4.4 and Force Majeure shall be referred to the Inspector.
