Authorisation Request means a request for Authorisation;

Authorisation Request means an electronic or mobile device request of an Authorisation for a Transaction generated at the point of sale evidencing the purchase/refund of goods or services by a Cardholder from the Merchant and/or the Nominated Content Provider.

Authorisation Request means the submission by the Company to the relevant Acquirer or Alternative Payment Provider via the Computop Paygate of Transaction data for the purposes of validating a payment in respect of a Transaction.

Examples of Authorisation Request in a sentence

  • The Clearing Member shall be liable to pay the Clearing House in respect of its administrative costs resulting from the late submission or changes to or in respect of any ECVNA Authorisation Request Form after D-1.

  • If you or the Cardholder decide not to proceed immediately with a Sales Transaction, you must cancel the corresponding Authorisation Request.

  • If a Clearing Member's Transferee or Transferor wishes to make or take delivery to or from only one of its two Energy Accounts, then that Transferee or Transferor is only required to complete an ECVNA Authorisation Request Form in respect of that account.3.6 Valid ECVNA authorisations may not be terminated without the prior express permission of the Clearing House.

  • If a Clearing Member's Transferee or Transferor wishes to make or take delivery to or from only one of its two Energy Accounts, then that Transferee or Transferor is only required to complete an ECVNA Authorisation Request Form in respect of that account.

  • It is the responsibility of the Clearing Member to ensure that ECVNA Authorisation Request forms are in place by D-1 to allow ECVNs to be submitted by the Clearing House's appointed ECVNA.

  • The format of the Authorisation Request is given in the Webservice Specification.

  • Utilisation Request means a notice substantially in the form set out in Schedule 3 (Utilisation Request).

  • Service Authorization Request means a Provider’s or Enrollee’s request to the Contractor for the provision of a service.

  • Certification Requirements means those requirements specified or referenced in this Agreement that you must meet in order to use and maintain the Certification Designation and use the Logo in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.

  • Alternative modes of instruction means modes of pupil instruction, other than in-person instruction, that may include, without limitation, partnerships with other districts or intermediate districts or community colleges or institutions of higher education, use of vendors, use of online learning, telephone communications, email, virtual instruction, videos, slideshows, project-based learning, use of instructional packets, or a hybrid of multiple modes of learning that still promote recommended practices for social distancing to mitigate the spread of COVID-CD.

  • Extension Request has the meaning provided in Section 2.20(a).

  • Surplus Interconnection Request means a request submitted by a Surplus Interconnection Customer, pursuant to Tariff, Attachment RR, to utilize Surplus Interconnection Service within the Transmission System in the PJM Region. A Surplus Interconnection Request is not a New Service Request.

  • Perfection Requirements means the making or procuring of filings, stampings, registrations, notarisations, endorsements, translations and/or notifications of any Finance Document (and/or any Security created under it) necessary for the validity, enforceability (as against the relevant Obligor or any relevant third party) and/or perfection of that Finance Document.

  • Qualification Requirements means the qualification requirements as set forth in Section-2, Clause 2.1 of this RFP;

  • Demand Registration Request shall have the meaning set forth in Section 3.1.1(a).

  • Notice of Swingline Borrowing shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2.4.

  • Conversion Request means a request, substantially in the form of Exhibit B, by the Borrower to convert the interest rate basis for all or portions of outstanding Loans, which shall specify (a) the requested Conversion Date, which shall be not fewer than three Business Days after the date of such Conversion Request, (b) the aggregate amount of such Loans, on and after the Conversion Date, which are to bear interest as ABR Loans or Eurodollar Loans and (c) the term of the Interest Periods therefor, if any.

  • Notice of Borrowing has the meaning specified in Section 2.02(a).

  • Loan Request means a letter in substantially the form of Exhibit A hereto executed and delivered by the Borrower to the Administrative Agent and the Group Agents pursuant to Section 2.02(a).

  • Redemption Request has the meaning as set forth in Section 8.1.

  • L/C Request has the meaning specified in Section 2.4(b).
