Australian Securities Laws definition

Australian Securities Laws means the Australian Corporations Act and the ASX Listing Rules.
Australian Securities Laws shall have the meaning ascribed to such term in Section 3.1(k).
Australian Securities Laws means the Corporations Act 2001 (Commonwealth) and all other federal securities legislation of Australia and all rules, regulations and orders thereunder.
