SUBRECIPIENT agrees to permit the COUNTY’s Auditor- Controller or the Auditor-Controller’s authorized representative (including auditors from a private auditing firm hired by the COUNTY) access during normal working hours to all books, accounts, records, reports, files, financial records, supporting documentation, including payroll and accounts payable/receivable records, and other papers or property of SUBRECIPIENT for the purpose of auditing or inspecting any aspect of performance under this CONTRACT.
Any invoice remaining unpaid 90 days after the invoice date shall be referred to the Auditor- Controller for subsequent collection action, such as deduction from contracting entity moneys on deposit with the County Treasurer in accordance with Government Code Section 907 and any other applicable provision of law.
Invoices shall be in a format approved, and shall include backup documentation as specified, by Director and the Humboldt County Auditor- Controller.
