Audit Package definition

Audit Package means all materials prepared for and deliver to Photowatt’s audit committee relating to the approval of Photowatt Financial Statements;
Audit Package means all materials prepared for and delivered to the Rivers’ audit committee relating to the approval of Rivers’ annual and quarterly financial statements and MD&A as well as any presentation or report provided by Rivers’ auditor to the Board or any committee thereof;
