Audit Expenses definition

Audit Expenses has the meaning set forth in Section 6.14(b) of the Indenture.
Audit Expenses means all costs and expenses associated with preparing the Company and Storefront Entities’ financial statements to be audited as well as all costs and expenses related to auditing those financial statements.
Audit Expenses means the fees for the services of a qualified audit professional and associated expenses incurred by the Insured in the course of a shadow audit.
