Audit Certificate definition

Audit Certificate means the certificate in the form as set out in Framework Schedule 10 (Annual Self Audit Certificate) to be provided to the Authority in accordance with Clause 15 (Records, Audit Access and Open Book Data);

Examples of Audit Certificate in a sentence

  • Each Self Audit Certificate shall be completed and signed by an authorised senior member of the Supplier’s management team or by the Supplier’s external auditor and the signatory must be professionally qualified in a relevant audit or financial discipline.

  • Each Self Audit Certificate should be supported by an Audit Report that provides details of the methodology applied to complete the review, the sampling techniques applied, details of any issues identified and remedial action taken.

More Definitions of Audit Certificate
