Attributed Value definition

Attributed Value means the value the City and the Developer agree is to be attributed to each element of the Public Benefits as at the date of this document, as set out in clause 1 of Schedule 3 of this document. Authorisation means:
Attributed Value means, with respect to any Engineered Oil and Gas Property, the portion of the Borrowing Base attributed by the Administrative Agent to such Engineered Oil and Gas Property for purposes of the most recent determination of the Borrowing Base, based upon the discounted present value of the estimated net cash flow to be realized from the production of Hydrocarbons from such Engineered Oil and Gas Property.
Attributed Value means, at any time, the value of all Eligible Inventory computed at the lower of market or cost on a first in first out basis. Unless disputed by the Agent, the most recent Borrowing Base Certificate delivered to the Agent pursuant to Section 6.10(e) shall be prima facie evidence of such value.

Examples of Attributed Value in a sentence

  • Until the expiry of the relevant Defects Liability Period, the City may retain from the Guarantee an amount equal to 10% of the Attributed Value of the Developer’s Works as security for the Developer’s performance of its obligations under this clause 8.

  • Until the expiry of the relevant Defects Liability Period, the City may retain from the Guarantee an amount equal to 10% of the Attributed Value of the Developer’s Works as security for the Developer’s and Xxxxxxxxx’s performance of their obligations under this clause 8.

  • Until the expiry of the relevant Defects Liability Period, the City may retain from the Guarantee an amount equal to 10% of the Attributed Value of the Developer’s Works situated on City Land or Transfer Land as security for the Developer’s performance of its obligations under this clause 8.

  • Voters of the entire city10 may vote at the general election to elect a councilmember of a ward,11 unless the city had prior to January 1, 1994, limited the voting in12 the general election for any or all council positions to only voters13 residing within the ward associated with the council positions.

  • Until the expiry of the Defects Liability Period, the City may retain from the Guarantee an amount equal to 10% of the Attributed Value of the Footpath Works as security for the Developer’s performance of its obligations under this clause 10.


More Definitions of Attributed Value

Attributed Value means a dollar amount calculated by multiplying the Conversion Shares by the highest price at which shares of Common Stock or Common Stock Equivalents are issued in the Qualified Financing.

Attributed Value shall have the same meaning as defined in Section10(b).
Attributed Value the value attributed by Kimco to each of the Scheduled Properties, as set forth on Schedule 3.3.
Attributed Value means with respect to (i) a Designated Property, the product of the Appraised Value of such Designated Property and 50% and (ii) an Eligible Fixed Asset, the product of the Appraised Value of such asset and 40%.
Attributed Value has the meaning set forth in Clause 7.4.1.
Attributed Value means a dollar amount calculated by multiplying the Underlying Shares by the highest price at which shares of Common Stock or Common Stock Equivalents are issued in the Qualified Financing.
