Attorneys means the Attorneys stipulated in clause 4 of the Covering Schedule;

Attorneys in this Subsection and elsewhere in this Instrument shall include without limitation any attorney or law firm engaged by Agent and Agent’s in-house counsel, and all references to “fees and expenses” in this Subsection and elsewhere in this Instrument shall include without limitation any fees of such attorney or law firm and any allocation charges and allocation costs of Agent’s in-house counsel.
