Attested Time definition

Attested Time means time spent remedying issues related to the Data Breach, as provided in Section III of this Agreement.
Attested Time means time spent remedying issues related to the Data Security Incident.
Attested Time means time spent remedying issues related to the Security Incident, as provided in Section 3 of Exhibit A of this Agreement.

Examples of Attested Time in a sentence

  • To the extent the Settlement Administrator determines a claim for Out- of-Pocket Losses or Attested Time is deficient in whole or part, within a reasonable time of making such a determination, the Settlement Administrator shall notify the Settlement Class Member of the deficiencies and give the Settlement Class Member twenty-one (21) days to cure the deficiencies.

  • I further understand that my failure to check this box may render my Claim for Attested Time null and void.

  • The Settlement Administrator shall have the sole discretion and authority to determine whether the prerequisites have been met in order to award payments of Attested Time, but may consult with Class Counsel in making individual determinations.

  • I further certify that any documentation that I have submitted in support of my Claim for Attested Time consists of unaltered documents in my possession.

  • To receive a payment for Attested Time, a Settlement Class Member must submit a brief description of (1) the action taken in response to the Data Breach; and (2) the time associated with each action.

  • To the extent valid claims for Out- of-Pocket Expenses and Attested Lost-Time collectively exceed the amount remaining in the Settlement Fund after payments for Aura Financial Shield, service award payments approved by the Court, and attorneys’ fees and expenses awarded by the Court, such claims for Out-of-Pocket Losses or Attested Time will be paid on a pro-rata basis.

  • Settlement Class Members can receive reimbursement of Attested Time with a brief description of the actions taken in response to the Data Security Incident and the time associated with each action.

  • Settlement Class Members can receive reimbursement of Attested Time with a brief description of the actions taken in response to the Data Breach and the time associated with each action.

  • Claims made for either Attested Time or Documented Time shall together be referred as “Lost-Time Losses.” In addition to the above benefits, California Settlement Subclass Members will also be eligible for an additional benefit of $50 per California Settlement Subclass Member (“California Claim(s)”), subject to a potential pro rata reduction as detailed below.

  • A legal guardian for a Settlement Class Member who is under the age of eighteen (18) at the time of claim submission may submit a Minor Claim Form seeking reimbursement of Attested Time on the minor’s behalf.
